Meter Inspection Service

ElectraLink has developed additional services to aid Suppliers in both their understanding of metering and the resolution of energy theft. One of these services is the Meter Inspection Service.

The service will see MOCOPA and AMI qualified engineers attend site to provide a Meter Inspection Service to assess the meter against Supplier concerns, including, but not limited to, over consumption concerns, faulty meter concerns and incorrect MPAN/MPRN details.

Our partner, Haste Ltd, is an accredited MAM/MOP/AMI and Revenue Protection agent, meaning customers can achieve a time and cost saving through tying up both functions in the same visit to a site with a suspected meter tamper, instead of the usual process requiring two visits.
