What you will do

  • Working with the Head of IT and the rest of the team, you will proactively resolve all service tickets within agreed SLA.
  • In your role, you will serve as an escalation point for delivering third line support.
  • You will actively monitor and review system alerts.
  • You are expected create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
  • You will manage inventory and procure quotes as needed.
  • You are expected to collaborate with the Compliance and Data Privacy team to support configuration and implementation.
  • Under the Head of IT’s oversight, you will assist the project department with technology-related projects.
  • You will support the business with reporting and Power BI requirements, leveraging support from a third-party provider.

What you'll need

Key skills:
  • Demonstrated proactive, hands-on approach to resolving service issues at a third line level.
  • Proficient in O365 Admin and Mimecast administration, including MS Teams telephony.
  • Experienced in M365 Intune configuration and deployment, with expertise in conditional access.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform and Power BI reporting and configuration.
  • Ability to innovate solutions and drive ongoing improvements.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
  • Understanding or knowledge of Sentinel/Defender suite would be advantageous.

  • An analytical mindset and able to understand complex problems and get to the root cause of issues or business needs.
  • Resilient and able to manage conflicts when they arise.
  • Can multi-task and is comfortable working on several projects at the same time.
