What you will do

  • Conduct legal compliance audits, identifying any recommendations and monitoring implementation of those recommendations.
  • Support the Legal and Compliance Department with process and policy improvements across all relevant areas including data privacy, information security, competition law, anti-bribery and corruption and Environmental Social Governance (ESG).
  • Review and overseeing the creation, maintenance and process of DPIA’s for compliance.
  • Oversee and co-ordinating records of processing in line with data privacy compliance requirements.
  • Play an active part in the development of the data privacy and information security compliance functions.
  • Support with the development and maintenance of legal and compliance training and maintaining a record of compliance.
  • Administrative support to the Legal and Compliance Departments.

What you'll need

  • Previous legal, compliance or audit experience.
  • Previous experience of data protection and working with DPIAs.
  • Previous experience of process and policy improvements.
  • Effective prioritisation and organisational skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and highly proactive.
  • Strong communicator with positive influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT skills
