FlowAlert
What is FlowAlert?
FlowAlert is a proactive email subscription service for all Data Transfer Service (DTS) users that triggers rapid alerts when DTS messages fail validation and cannot be sent or received. FlowAlert is an innovative optional service that allows DTS users to act immediately to resolve these failures, resulting in better business outcomes.
Alerts can be configured to be received immediately, half-hourly, or in one-hour intervals, and can be sent to one recipient or multiple inboxes. The error notifications will contain information to enable users to quickly correct the errors and then re-submit the flows to the DTS. The service is relevant for all flow types and can be switched on, or off, at your convenience.
FlowAlert is included in WebTools, and is available to all DTS users at no additional cost to their standard DTS license.
