About the series:
The Data Transfer Service (DTS) Operations team is hosting live online training sessions for DTS users and any interested parties on the data transfer solutions ElectraLink provides under the Energy Market Data Hub (EMDH) platform. The EMDH brings together all of the products, services, and solutions we offer for the benefit of Britain’s utilities industry. All of these products and solutions available allow our customers to tap into a wide range of market intelligence and services to benefit their businesses.
These webinars replace our usual in-person training days offered to DTS customers and have been organised in response to current government restrictions on large gatherings as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hosted in two separate series, one in the summer and another in autumn 2020, they include live polls and Q&As to ensure participants can be actively engaged during each session.
The summer series, was held between June and August 2020, and comprised four online sessions.
