This is a 12 month fixed term contract located in our London or Nottingham office with a salary up to £40,000 DOE, including 10% variable bonus and benefits. We are currently running a virtual office for the foreseeable future. Our recruitment drive is continuing with new hires joining us using our remote working capabilities, with all interviews being conducted via Microsoft TEAMS. We ask candidates have access to a webcam etc. for them to be able to attend interviews.
Job Purpose & Scope
The Test Analyst will be responsible for connecting the project team with the users, CSS programme and third party vendors. They will be responsible for ensuring users of our CSS Adaptor service are fully supported in their testing of the CSS Adaptor with their own back office systems, to facilitate the speedy resolution of any identified test issues, and represent ElectraLink in workshops and status meetings with client/third party vendors (netcompany, OFGEM and DCC).
We are looking for someone that has a practical understanding of testing but can also work with external stakeholders and users on a technical and non-technical level to join up the discussion, facilitate the resolution of issues/defects, queries and readiness against the test plan.

Principle Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, practices and terminology
- Experience of integration projects
- Min 3 years testing experience
- Experience of Agile methodologies
- Awareness of Cloud hosting technology
- Working experience with Test Management and Defect Management tools such as Atlassian Jira or ALM/Quality Centre or similar
- Confident communicator.
Highly desirable skills:
· Testing background in electricity and gas retail market data catalogues and data transfer.
