Communications & Engagement Officer
This is a part time, 12 month fixed term contract located in our London office. The required amount of days worked is 3 - 4 days per week, equating to 22.5 - 30 hours per week. The pro-rata salary is up to £30,000 DOE, including up to 10% bonus and benefits. We are currently running a virtual office for the foreseeable future. Our recruitment drive is continuing with new hires joining us using our remote working capabilities, with all interviews being conducted via Microsoft TEAMS. We ask candidates have access to a webcam for them to be able to attend interviews.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Communications and Engagement Officer to join our growing, central London based team. This is a one-year fixed term contract (maternity cover) available on a part time basis.
This is a varied role that sits across a busy Marketing and Engagement team, creating content, supporting specific marketing campaigns and projects and contributing to both our internal and external engagement activities.
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of communications and engagement, its importance to a business such as ElectraLink and who has the excellent written and oral communication skills required to communicate sometimes complex information to a wide range of stakeholders.

Key elements of the role include:
·Creation of content for a number of communications channels including the ElectraLink website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, PowerPoint presentations and general stakeholder and internal communications.
·Support the Marketing and Engagement team’s stewardship of ElectraLink’s CRM system as a solution for managing stakeholder relationships
·Leading on the continued development of ElectraLink’s intranet through liaison with respective content owners.
·Provide support for ElectraLink’s events, including webinars and, conditions allowing, in person events; as well as assist with related post-event activities
·Provide support for ElectraLink’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
·Work with business units and the rest of the Marketing and Engagement team to develop key messages for stakeholders and identify and deliver communications to convey in support of projects or to promote ElectraLink’s products.
·Horizon scan for opportunities for ElectraLink to engage with its target audiences in a thought-leadership capacity, including identifying and arranging relevant speaking opportunities for senior staff.
·Be actively involved in a number of company projects, some customer facing and others internal including developments to our website.

·At least one year’s experience of working in a comparable communications and/or engagement role would be preferable
Experience of event delivery would be advantageous.
