Desktop Analysis Service
Alongside an NRPS contract, ElectraLink has developed additional services to further aid suppliers in both their understanding of their energy theft obligations and the resolution of energy theft. One of these services is the Desktop Analysis Service. This service can be seamlessly integrated alongside an enduring NRPS contract, or operated as a standalone service.
Suppliers can receive theft leads from a number of areas, whether this is via internal or external data sources, such as the Theft Risk Assessment Service (TRAS), the Energy Theft Tip-Off Service, or their Metering Agents (Electricity Meter Operators or Gas Meter Asset Managers).
ElectraLink’s Desktop Analysis Service combines data from internal and external sources to deliver a robust, end-to-end process to investigate, prioritise, analyse and collate suspected theft data on a frequent or ‘one-off’ basis, utilising the supplier CRM or billing system to determine irregularities in consumption. Outsourcing the desktop analysis of theft leads to ElectraLink, an expert, cost effective provider, allows suppliers to relieve resourcing pressures, and help you to exceed your theft targets.
At ElectraLink, security is a top priority. Our services are agile in their approach to connectivity and can facilitate most connections but we still assess security conditions as part of our set-up process.
