Courts now fully open for BAU revenue protection warrants

The UK courts have informed us that they are now open for warrant application works for all Category B and Category C revenue protection (RP) investigations in England and Wales, allowing us to return to full business as usual activities in those areas.

NRPS resumes non-emergency investigations

ElectraLink’s National Revenue Protection Service (NRPS) team has taken further steps towards resuming business as usual activities in the energy market with the introduction of the government’s guidance paper, ‘Working Safely during COVID-19 in other Peoples Homes.’ The guidance now allows us to attend non-emergency revenue protection investigations (both Category B and C) in addition to urgent category A investigations, providing clarity on the requirements to assess and manage risks for both site engineers and building owners and tenants.
