Why join us?
We genuinely care about the people who work for ElectraLink – so much so we will even celebrate your birthday with a cake on us!
We believe that job satisfaction leads to improved individual and business performance and so we offer flexible working to all our staff to ensure a good level of work life balance.
We actively seek out individuals who believe in continual learning and want to grow with us. For that reason, we offer a range of training options from formal training and mentoring through to the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.
This is an exciting time in energy. The energy market is currently undergoing a period of unprecedented change and it couldn’t be a more interesting time to be involved.
At ElectraLink we employ people who are always learning and are genuinely interested in the current energy climate.
ElectraLink deals with some of the most complex problems in the sector and this paves the way for exciting opportunities. We strive to maintain the best possible working environment for our people, with a value system in place that rewards both hard work and initiative.
Our CSR team ensures a jam-packed social calendar which includes team events, charity initiatives, employee recognition awards and more. We also know that the diversity and strength of our workforce is fundamental to our success making people our greatest assets.
As an organisation, we are open, honest, and respectful and we have successfully created an environment where individually can pose questions and be heard. We are engaged, intellectually curious, and committed to delivering on our promises. So…if you are friendly, driven, and looking to do something different, then make your next career move one that really counts!
Our people are the cornerstone of our business and our customers are at the heart of all that we do. For that reason, we encourage our staff to get out there and meet people and to engage with other colleagues and customers on a regular basis.
This often involves meetings and forums, but it is pretty social too. Conferences, annual parties, and gala dinners all have their place and we never underestimate the value of sugar in the office to keep the cogs turning, though we also provide unlimited fresh fruit and refreshments for the health-conscious too!
We believe you should never stop learning. We are committed to building your professional career through continuous structured development, training and mentoring - as well as the opportunity to gain professional qualifications. We have a nurturing environment where you are coached towards personal improvement and given the autonomy to define your own career pathway.
