ElectraLink is delighted to announce that we are now rolling out an enduring National Revenue Protection Service (NRPS) following our successful pilot from October 2018 to March 2019.

The service ensures signatories fully comply with their licence condition to investigate, identify, prevent and deter energy theft. This service will include both a SMETS1 and SMETS2 solution, providing suppliers with an end-to-end, dual fuel theft detection service that provides thorough and consistent reporting and relieves resourcing pressures.

Alongside an enduring NRPS, ElectraLink has developed four additional services to further aid suppliers in both their understanding of TRAS and the resolution of energy theft. These services are:

  • theft advisory service
  • desktop analysis
  • on-site debt recovery
  • pre-disconnection visits

These additional services aim to help suppliers further understand the regulatory theft arrangements to improve their processes, quality control and theft lead analysis.

If you have any questions about the NRPS and additional services, please contact [email protected] or visit our new webpage at www.electralink.co.uk/nrps.
