ElectraLink, operator of the Energy Market Data Hub (EMDH) and Code governor of SPAA, TRAS, DCUSA and others, is pleased to announce it will be hosting the Theft Best Practice Forum on Tuesday, 30 April 2019. The Forum will convene at the Amba Hotel Charing Cross in London, starting at 10am.

ElectraLink is running the Forum on behalf of SPAA and DCUSA , providing attendees with the chance to share valuable feedback in order to improve theft arrangements and processes and the new set of industry Best Practice Guidelines. We will also touch on the incoming Retail Energy Code theft strategy review. This will also be an opportunity for attendees to learn more about how ElectraLink supports SPAA and DCUSA in theft activities, as well as a chance to network with other Revenue Protection practitioners.

All SPAA and DCUSA parties can join for free. The day’s discussion will also be highly informative for parties who would like to know more about how Suppliers and Network Operators can lead the mission to eliminate energy theft.

Attendees will need to register and confirm their attendance at least 10 working days in advance. You can register by contacting ElectraLink’s theft team at [email protected]

All our forums have been a categorical success with positive feedback from many parties including Ofgem, whom we hope to see for a third time on April 30th.
