Optional New Service Launched to help DTS Users Solve Problems Faster and more efficiently

ElectraLink has launched a new proactive email subscription service, exclusively for DTS Users, alerting them to failed outgoing DTS messages. ‘FlowAlert’ is an innovative new optional service, launched in the wake of FlowBuilder, that triggers rapid alerts when DTS messages fail validation and cannot be sent. This means that Users can act immediately to resolve the failures, resulting in better business outcomes.  Alerts can be configured to be received immediately, half-hourly, or in one-hour intervals, and can be sent to just one person or multiple inboxes. The error notifications will contain information to enable Users to quickly correct the errors and then re-submit the flows to the DTS. The service is relevant for all Flow Types and can be switched on, or off, at your convenience.
