As a central body and enabler of innovation in the UK energy market, ElectraLink is pleased to be exhibiting at The Low Carbon Networks & Innovation Conference (LCNI) over the next couple of days.

The event, taking place on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th October, brings together experts from across the energy sector who are crucial to the transformation of the energy market, and innovators from gas and electricity who will be there to network and to showcase their latest projects and initiatives, driving much-needed change.

According to Dan Hopkinson, Director of Data and Transformation: “Data, and the need for our energy networks to be managed in a more flexible, customer-centric way, is the catalyst for the transition that the GB’s Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) are making to Distribution System Operators (DSOs).”

“We sit at the heart of a shifting energy landscape, holding every market transaction in relation to smart meter installations, change of supplier events… and more. Innovation, alongside our data, can be combined to spot electric vehicle trends, to streamline customer processes, underpin embedded generation/distributed energy resources reporting and to support emerging flexibility services. This collaboration is taking place already, and we have the governance in place to allow it.”

ElectraLink is inviting energy innovators to test and deliver new projects and services using ElectraLink’s unique energy customer dataset.

We would love to see you there.  Our staff will be positioned at the entrance to the hall, on the right, at stand G04.

On Tuesday evening, we will also be joining others for the Gala Dinner and drinks reception, which will be held in the Ludlow Suite at The International Centre Telford. If you have any questions or would like to catch up with us there, please contact [email protected]
