DTS Transformation Project – Update 3

This is the third issued update on the DTS Transformation Project.

The first update issued in March 2014 described the background to the programme and high level information to explain the forthcoming changes and what the changes will mean to you.

The second update in June 2014 confirmed the successful migration of the new DTS application on the 17th May 2014, and provided further technical and pricing information on the new Gateway options.

This third update reports on the good progress made towards the migration of the DTS application to a cloud infrastructure. Despite good progress being made, we have introduced a two month delay and the reasons for this are explained within the document.

Please note that those of you with an HVG or LVG will be contacted over the coming weeks to discuss which Gateway option you would like to adopt. An initial communication will be issued to your Contract Manager over the next few days. ElectraLink will work with you to assist with the selection of the right Gateway option for your business. Please  note that due to the revised programme plan, ElectraLink will require a decision to be made by all Gateway Users by the end of November 2014. If you are unable to confirm a preferred option by the end of November, ElectraLink will arrange for a like-for-like replacement at your existing Gateway location.
