ElectraLink has published its latest independent customer satisfaction survey which once again shows the high level of satisfaction with its services.
ElectraLink’s latest Customer satisfaction survey shows that once again ElectraLink’s customer satisfaction is rated by its users as much better than similar organisations. The independent customer satisfaction reports for 2012 on the DTS can be found here and Governance Services, here. They highlight the excellent view industry has for the services provided by ElectraLink with 84% giving a score of 8 or better out of 10, compared with 65% for the nearest similar organisation. This is despite the significant increases in workload, both with the connection of Green deal providers to the DTN and the increased workload within Governance Services, driven by new areas such the support of MAMCOP, and reflects the investments made by the company in improving the services it delivers.
