    • Ben joined ElectraLink in 2009 to fulfil a new strategic position to build a specialist Professional Services team to support ElectraLink's expanding role as a thought leader and Smart metering data service provider.

      Ben has a wide range of experience in both system integration and business consulting with over 15 years experience in the energy and utility sectors.He has long established his credibility through leading roles enabling the transition and subsequent optimisation of UK electricity market processes and systems. Ben has a passion for teambuilding and has successfully recruited and led several high performing teams with his trademark hands-on approach that cuts through complexity and delivers results with refreshing clarity.

    • Jay joined the Professional Services team in June 2011 and brings over 10 years' experience designing, developing and managing multiple complex data warehouse Business Intelligence projects.

      Jay's range of technical qualifications includes Oracle and Business Objects certification and his broad skill set extends to Data Modelling and ETL, working with multi-terabytes of data. He has led development teams and deployed large scale Oracle data warehouses with complex Universe Designs and powerful BI Reporting.

      Jay has worked in a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, as well as Energy & Utilities and Retail. Jay's role is to lead the development and deployment of ElectraLink's new Data Services, bridging the gap between industry requirements and technical implementation.

    • Joe joined the Professional Services team in May 2011 and has a background in developing data warehouse and data integration systems, whilst providing consultancy on various aspects of the various ETL methodologies.

      Joe has a rich technical background covering everything from database installations using Oracle and MySQL, data warehouse solutions using Informatica, and application development using Java.

      Joe has a deep knowledge of the Energy and Utilities industry through several years and projects, encompassing billing, settlements and smart metering for various UK utilities. He also has experience implementing data warehouse and bespoke data solutions in the Finance and Retail sectors.
