Governance Services Manager
- Beth joined ElectraLink in early 2012, having previously worked for ELEXON where she gained significant understanding of industry processes and issues. Beth is heading up the established and sector-leading Governance Services team, delivering high quality technical secretariat and support services for the Supply Point Administration Agreement (SPAA), Distribution Connection Use of System Agreement (DCUSA) and the Distribution Charging Methodologies Forum (DCMF).Beth has experience in all aspects of delivering code governance, and defining and implementing effective solutions to shared problems, and is focused on excellent customer service.

Michael Walls
Governance Services Senior Analyst
Michael joined ElectraLink in June 2011 as part of the Governance Services team. He will be working to deliver and manage an effective and efficient process for changes to the existing regulatory framework for DCUSA, the charging methodology for the CDCM, and will act as the Technical Secretary to the DCMF. Michael brings regulatory, as well as, an accounting and finance background to the role. From his experience, he has built strong working relationships and has a solid understanding of the energy and utilities industry.
Prior to joining ElectraLink, Michael worked for Ofgem on the Electricity Distribution price controls, and in the financial sector both in the UK and the USA. It is the combination of this experience which gives Michael an analytical and problem-solving working style. Looking to the future, Michael looks to continue to deliver sector leading service performance in order to meet the challenges of a dynamic industry.
Rosalind Hartley
Governance Services Senior Analyst
Roz joined ElectraLink’s Governance Services team in March 2012. She will be working with the team to support the efficient and effective progression of changes to the DCUSA regulatory framework, with particular focus on the DCUSA charging methodologies.
Roz has a strong understanding of the energy industry and wide ranging experience in working with stakeholders to develop solutions to industry issues. Prior to joining ElectraLink, Roz worked for ELEXON where she held a number of analytical and customer focused roles. Roz holds a degree in Economics and Management from the University of St-Andrews.

Arno Vanden Eynde
Governance Services Analyst
Arno joined ElectraLink in November 2010 and works primarily on our SPAA service, providing analytical and technical secretarial support to the Agreement's change process.
Before joining ElectraLink, Arno gained significant experience working on a range of national and international policies and regulations, including Transport and Biofuels, national Health policies, and Business and Human Rights. Arno has a MA degree in International Relations and a MA in European Law from the University of Ghent (Belgium).

Alex Burford
Governance Services Analyst
Alex joined ElectraLink in August 2009 and works primarily on our DCUSA service, providing secretarial and analytical support to the Agreement's change process.
Before joining ElectraLink Alex worked for the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) where he gained significant experience in meeting management, reporting on policy, regulations and legislative developments, change management, industry consultation processes, document maintenance and service support. Alex has a BA in Politics from University College London, a Masters in International Studies from the University of Birmingham and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law.

Helena Runesson
Governance Services Analyst
Helena joined ElectraLink in 2007 after spending a number of years at ELEXON. Helena supports the delivery of our services to SPAA and has a detailed understanding of the gas governance processes and market data.

Teresa Rumsey
Governance Services Support
Teresa joined ElectraLink in 1999 with a strong background in administration and has worked as a PA supporting leaders and their teams from various sectors.
Teresa's role encompasses management of office services and facilities and since 2008 she has been responsible for administration aspects of the governance service delivery function including website administration, contact administration and meeting room management.
